In this level three project  they worked with a core group of women, a group of older people and a group of older men. The aim over the three years of the programme was to work in partnership with the pharmacists to further develop a health programme which encourages vulnerable groups within the community to live healthier more fulfilling lives.  By enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the determinants of ill health and by promoting positive health and wellbeing they will have a better understanding of how to improve their own and their families health.
