OTHER NEWS

Living Life to the Full programme – Sat 10.30-12.30pm Nov 3-24th at the Aware offices, Duncairn Gardens Belfast. I am pleased to say that we have been given the go-ahead to run another free life skills ‘Living Life to the Full’ CBT programme funded by Aware. The previous programmes were a great success and participants tell me that they still use the skills they gained to help them through an anxious period in their lives. I will be sending out more details about this later in the summer.
