"What Works?" Series of 5 Networking Events with CDHN and PHA

The Community Development and Health Network (CDHN), in partnership with the Public Health Agency (PHA), is hosting 5 regional Networking Events themed around...

“What Works?”

·     ‘What Works’ Workshop - We want to hear about your local community…

o   What works in your community?

o   What works in improving community health?

o   What works to get people involved?

o   What could be done to make things better?

o   What support do you need?

·     Making Connections and Networking - meet other community and voluntary contacts from YOUR area.  We are also offering you the opportunity to host an information stand during this section of the event.  To avail of this, contact kerryfarrell@cdhn.org.

·     Funding Workshop – After lunch, find out more about Building the Community-Pharmacy Partnership (BCPP) funding.

We will discuss what we do/don't fund, go through the application process and give you the opportunity to discuss your project ideas with our team.
