The Public Health Agency, the Community Development & Health Network (CDHN) and community partners will be gathering on Wednesday 22nd May at place at one of our Elevate Mentees’ premises Kildress Wolfe Tones GAA, 46 Loughdoo Road, Kildress, Cookstown, BT70 2SP, to celebrate their achievements and share their learning to mark the end of the fifth successful Elevate Community Mentoring Programme.
