CDHN Strategic Plan 2025–2030, guided by our mission, vision, and values has been developed through a process involving
CDHN staff, Board, our members, partners and stakeholders. The plan sets six strategic priorities which we hope will
reflect our belief that communities’ active engagement is critical to finding solutions to the challenges they face. Their
voices, experiences and participation must shape decisions at every level.
