Elevate training helps people understand what causes health inequalities and how they can make a difference in the communities in which they live and work. It looks at how community action, inclusion, and participation can improve people’s health and wellbeing.

The sessions are interactive and practical, giving participants the opportunity to reflect on their own roles, to learn from each other and make connections in their local area.

The Community Development Practitioners Forum is a community of practice where those working and volunteering in community development roles, particularly with a focus on improving health equity can come together to learn, share experiences and hear about best practice.
