Closing the Gap in a Generation: health equity through action

This is the final report by the Commission on Social Development, set up by the World Health Organization. The report looks at the why there is a need for a global approach to health equity, the evidence, and at the health inequalities that exists in daily living conditions and due to power, money and resources within and between countries. The report calls for a global movement to achieve it.
