Co-Production Guide: connecting and realising value through people

This guide explores what co-production is, why co-production is important and provides guidance on how to co-produce, looking at the six principles of co-production and provides practical guidance for policy makers, board members and executives, people with lived experience and peer networks, operational managers, team and clinical leaders and communities. The guide also offers useful reading material and three examples of co-production occuring within the health service and communities.
