Recognising and Reducing Health Inequalities: community development in action in a rural community

This case study explores the impact of the Elevate programme on a volunteer group that supports farmers and their families in the rural communities. Elevates workshop and mentoring support led the group to think about inequalities and make connections in the local community through collective action.
