Covid-19 Impact Survey August 2020 Results

The findings from NICVA’s Covid-19 survey sent in August, which was sent to all heads of VCSE sector member organisations: 19% response rate (n=200). The survey’s seventeen questions looked at the impact of Covid-19 was having on organisations, number of beneficiaries effected, loss of funding/income (%), volunteers unable to volunteer (%), top three (and other) issues facing the organisations, number of normal services and new/developed in response to Covid-19 running (%), if activities have changed since Covid-19 (%), how they predict their financial position would be in the next six months, capacity of organisation next 12 months and how they feel about the future, what are the most pressing capacity-building and skills development and any needs in this area, and what future innovations should be developed and supported by the VCSE.
