The Plan sets out a vision, using cross-cutting theme to address inequality and promote inclusive growth, states specific actions and outcomes, independencies and risks, and partnerships and finances.

Altogether Better Working Together to Create Healthier People and Communities: wellbeing 2 programme

This is an in-depth evaluation by Alyson McGregor et al. of the two year Altogether Better Wellbeing 2 programme, which worked with local partners in seven localities in three English regions. The aim of the programme was to develop a systemic approach that engaged champions, communities and health services to improve the health and wellbeing of participants. There were three types of local projects: community centred general practice, a specialist hospital-based service for people with chronic fatigue syndrome (CRESTA) and city-wide initiatives (focusing on children and young people, and early years). The project engaged volunteer champions in public health, young health, pregnancy and early years and health. Over 17,000 participants took part in the project.

This the Deloitte and Reform's 10th Annual Report on government and the public sector in the context of Covid-19 and its wider effects. The report examines the Ipsos MORI survey of 5,000 citizens and interviews with over fifty senior figures in government and public services, as well as for the first time business leaders. It also offers regional insights of England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland.
