Built on a series of multi-stakeholder events held in 2020, and through interviews, it explains the key shifts in how Covid-19 has led primary care to build relationships with communities and local partners, how they can support community-led initiatives, how communities and local partners might work together through Primary Care Networks to tackle health inequalities and how place based working can work.

It examines inequalities in those at risk and died from Covid-19, how the pandemic, and the societal response has effected social and economic inequalities, as well mental and physical health. The report also looks at the likely impact Covid-19 will have had on health inequalities in the future.

The State of the State 2021-22: towards a new public sector normal

This the Deloitte and Reform's 10th Annual Report on government and the public sector in the context of Covid-19 and its wider effects. The report examines the Ipsos MORI survey of 5,000 citizens and interviews with over fifty senior figures in government and public services, as well as for the first time business leaders. It also offers regional insights of England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland.
