Social Determinants of Health and the Role of Local Government

This paper explores the impact of the cost of living crisis in in Scotland in 2022 , with recommendations. As official statistics were unreliable due to Covid-19, the findings were based on a poll of over 4,000 adults and people with lived experience from the End Poverty Scotland Group. The report focuses on the cost of living crisis, people's ability to deal with these spikes in costs, the impact on people's lived and people's opinions on society's (eg Government etc) responses to helping.
