Social Work and Homelessness: reflections

This toolkit seeks to help those in the health and social care sectors to address the needs of their rural populations when they develop strategies, initiatives and service delivery plans. The toolkit includes a rural needs impact assessment. It is based around six themes: acute hospital services, primary and community health services, mental health services, public health and preventative services, social care services and workforce.
