This is the first community plan for Belfast up to 2035. The plan outlines the opportunities, impact ambition for 2032, vision, outcomes with population indicators, area profile and focus for the next four years on Growing the economy, living here, city development and working and learning. Under each of these priorities are goals, and workstreams (actions). The plan also records how they developed the Agenda, including shared values with partners.

This policy briefing paper provides an overview of the current and likely effects of the ‘Cost-of Living Crisis’ on mental health. The briefing is informed through evidence, engagement with people with lived experience of disadvanage, staff of other third-sector organisations and anti-poverty organisations, as well as three focus groups. The cost of living crisis, UK and devolved government interventions, the mental health effects of financial crisis and the current crisis, strategies and what government, communities and individuals can do are all explored.
